Japan Airlines Domestic (日本航空ジャパン, Nihon Kōkū Japan)(IATA: JD, ICAO: JLJ, Call sign: J-BIRD) was an airline based in Tokyo, Japan. It was part of Japan Airlines Corporation and operated an extensive domestic network in Japan. Its main hub was Tokyo International Airport.


On 1 October 2006, Japan Airlines International and Japan Airlines Domestic merged into a single brand, Japan Airlines International.


Japan Airlines Domestic operated services to the following domestic scheduled destinations: Akita, Amami Ōshima, Aomori, Asahikawa, Fukuoka, Hakodate, Hanamaki, Hiroshima, Izumo, Kagoshima, Kitakyushu, Kochi, Komatsu, Kumamoto, Kushiro, Matsumoto, Matsuyama, Misawa, Miyazaki, Nagasaki, Nagoya, Nanki Shirahama, Niigata, Obihiro, Oita, Okayama, Osaka, Ōzora*, Sapporo, Sendai, Takamatsu, Tokunoshima, Tokushima, Tokyo, Yamaguchi-Ube, and Yamagata.



* Memanbetsu merged into Ōzora in March 2006.
